Diversity and Inclusion Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Diversity and Inclusion Policy is to establish a work environment at UGC Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. that embraces individual differences and promotes respect, dignity, equality and inclusion for all employees.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants and third-party stakeholders associated with UGC across all locations and functions.

UGC is committed to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion where individuals feel valued, respected and supported regardless of their gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, physical ability, mental ability, marital status, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic background.

All employees are responsible for promoting inclusivity and respect in their daily interactions. Managers and team leaders must ensure equitable treatment and take proactive steps to address any instances of discrimination or exclusion.

This policy will be reviewed annually by the HR Department in consultation with the Diversity and Inclusion Committee to assess its effectiveness and incorporate improvements as necessary.

This policy is approved by the undersigned and is effective immediately.
